Services

Three ways we work on your PC

Start from scratch, improve what you have, or get a faulty machine working again. Each job begins with a conversation about what you need.

Build

Custom PC builds

A machine specified around your budget and your workload, assembled and tested by hand.

  • Gaming rigs, from 1080p to 4K
  • Video, 3D and design workstations
  • Quiet home and office PCs
  • Compact small-form-factor builds
  • Clean cable routing and airflow planning
  • Operating system, drivers and burn-in testing

Upgrade

Upgrades

Get more years out of the PC you already own, with parts that suit it.

  • Memory and storage expansion
  • Graphics card swaps with a power supply check
  • Processor and motherboard platform upgrades
  • Cooling and case fan improvements
  • BIOS and firmware updates
  • Fresh install or data migration to new drives

Repair

Repairs and diagnostics

We find the fault first, then replace only the parts that need it.

  • No power, no display or no boot
  • Overheating, noisy fans and random shutdowns
  • Blue screens, freezes and crashes
  • Failing drives and data rescue attempts
  • Virus and malware clean-up
  • Part replacement and warranty claim help

Builds

Start from how you use it

Different work puts the budget in different places. Pick a starting point to see where we usually spend and why.

Best for

Gaming and streaming

We balance the graphics card and the processor so neither holds the other back, then tune cooling so frame rates stay steady through long sessions.

Process

From first message to handover

The same five steps for a new build, an upgrade or a repair.

  1. Tell us what you need

Share how you use the PC, your budget and any parts you already own.

  2. Get an itemised quote

Every part and every labour charge is listed before you commit.

  3. We build or repair

Hands-on assembly or fault-finding, with tidy cabling and proper airflow.

  4. Test under load

Stress and temperature tests run before the machine is signed off.

  5. Collect and go

We walk you through the machine and hand over the details you need.

What to expect

Plain advice and clear prices

A small workshop works best when you always know what is happening to your machine and why.

Itemised quotes

You see each part, each charge and the reason for it before any work starts.

Tested before handover

Builds and repairs are stress tested so problems show up in our workshop, not at your desk.

Your data stays yours

We ask before touching your drives and back up first wherever the drive allows.

Honest recommendations

If a repair costs more than the PC is worth, or an upgrade will not help, we tell you.

FAQ

Questions we hear often

Something missing? Include it in your enquiry below.

Can you build around parts I already own?

Yes. Tell us what you have and we will check that it works together, then quote only for what is missing.

Will an upgrade or repair put my data at risk?

We avoid touching your drives unless the fault requires it. When it does, we ask first and make a backup where the drive allows.

How long does a build or repair take?

It depends on part availability and the fault. Your quote includes an estimated timeline, and we tell you if it changes.

Do you offer a warranty?

Warranty terms depend on the parts and the job. We state them on your quote so nothing comes as a surprise.

How do I get a quote?

Fill in the enquiry below or message us directly. A short description of the problem, or of what you want to do with the PC, is enough to start.
